We are looking for a proactive and personable Guest Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in, check-out, and front desk procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Accurately handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to create a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Perform other duties as required to support front office operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and booking systems (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
