**Responsibilities**:

- Work independently and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and projects at customer sites.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer requests such as spare parts lists, machine conversions, service contracts, and invoicing to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate hands-on involvement in preparing quotations, confirming orders, and entering data into the ERP system, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs.
- Exhibit a positive work attitude and be a reliable team player capable of working with mínimal supervision, addressing issues and concerns proactively.
- Manage internal and customer purchase orders (POs), coordinate with internal departments on order processing, and follow up on delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and payment collections.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems, both in physical and digital formats.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customer needs (training will be provided).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, couriers, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with Salesforce and Deskpro is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational abilities.
- Possess own transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Self-motivated, analytical, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Customer-focused with a strong service-oriented mindset; self-reliant and results-driven.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
