**Responsibilities**
- Facilitates the provision of information to clients by ascertaining comprehension of their inquiries; addressing their questions; and extending assistance.
- Managing and extending a warm welcome to walk-in customers and suppliers.
- Responding to telephone inquiries.
- Monitoring sales objectives.
- Overseeing customer accounts.
- Processing new sales leads.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clientele.
- Addresses billing discrepancies by discerning the underlying issue; elucidating procedural steps; and facilitating the necessary adjustments.
- Initiates service by meticulously documenting requests and subsequently relaying them to the dispatch department..
- Collects revenue by receiving and recording payments.
- Enhances the quality of outcomes through the meticulous evaluation of processes and the strategic recommendation of modifications.
- Accomplishes the objectives of customer service and organizational mission by executing pertinent outcomes as required.
- Filing
- Initiatives involving the collection of information through telephonic communication, correspondence, electronic mail, or face-to-face interactions.
- Sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Supporting the reception desk.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Ensures operational continuity by adhering to established policies and procedures, while systematically reporting requisite modifications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Qualifications**
- Nationality: Malaysian
- Excellent photography skills
- Average to high proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to create hospitable customer experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Dedicated to work and willing to learn
- High confidence
- Punctual and task-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
