The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

Pop-Up Leasing Manager (The Exchange TRX)

As a Pop-Up Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating short-term leasing activities within a shopping mall. You will be responsible for attracting new tenants, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing agreements. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the retail industry. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively identify potential short-term leasing opportunities within the shopping mall. This involves conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and identifying businesses that align with the mall's target audience.- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants. This includes rates, lease terms, and any additional requirements or provisions.- Facilitating onboarding process for new short-term tenants.- Collaborate with internal departments, mainly with:
- legal and finance teams marketing, operations, and finance to ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.-

Requirement- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.- Minimum 5 years of experience in casual mall leasing or related field.- Strong understanding of the retail industry and knowledge of local leasing regulations and laws- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Meticulous with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.- Proactive and demonstrates solid collaborative skills.
