Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and executing online marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and optimizing the online shopping experience.
- Overseeing the company's website and potentially third-party marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information and effective promotion of products.
- Tracking website analytics, sales performance metrics, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Working with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
- Coordinating inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and managing customer service for online orders.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in e-commerce technology, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Implementing strategies to attract visitors to the online store and converting those visitors into paying customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to online purchases.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Some experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.

Pay: RM3,453.33 - RM6,237.13 per month
