**Who We’re Looking For**:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for business development and an unrelenting drive for success? You’ll be at the forefront of securing new clients, building strategic collaborations, including with a digital bank, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible

**Your Mission**
- Multi-Product Champion: Confidently sell and cross-sell across our full range of products and services, matching the right solutions to each client’s needs.
- Pipeline Owner: Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads from prospecting to closure.
- Strategic Thinker: Contribute ideas for new products, partnerships, and business models that can expand market reach.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Customer Champion: Understand client pain points and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that add real value.
- Team Player: Work closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction.

**What You Need**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in biz dev or partnerships.
- You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
- Ready to travel and find it hard to stay in the office all day.
- Ready to juggle priorities in a fast-paced world.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Fintech: 1 year (preferred)
