Sales / Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our team. The BD Executive will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales, marketing, and client management within a dynamic and growing company.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients and partners.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closure of deals.
- Interface with key clients to understand their business objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to develop compelling proposals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**
- Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years of Sales & Marketing experience selling media or marketing solutions to brands and advertising/media/brand agencies. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Proactive go-getter with a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
