Job description:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify quality issues and develop solutions to address them effectively.
- Train and mentor team members on quality procedures and best practices to maintain high standards of quality throughout the organization.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
