Job Position: Quality Manager

Salary Range: Basic up to MYR12,000 (For candidate with excellent experience open for discussion)

Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Location: Senai, Johor.

Benefit: Lunch provided

Job Responsibilities

Lead and coach a group of quality personnel with influential interpersonal skill.

Quality Control mapping from China HQ.

Develop quality management with respect to customer specification & requirements.

Supply chain quality development and management.

In-house quality control development and management.

Drive problem solving and continual improvement for internal and supplier.

Measurement tools, gauges, jigs, instrument or equipment purchase verification & justification.

Lead and coach quality personnel on interdepartmental communication, collaboration and problem solving.

Responsible for employee skill & knowledge empowerment over new technology, machines, equipment, and other relevant competency.

Prepare, compile weekly & monthly report to Quality Director.

Manage and resolve day to day ad-hoc issues, either internal or suppliers.

Job Requirement

Min Diploma Holder in relevant subject, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and etc

Min 5 years experiences in Quality Management

Preferably 2 years experiences in managerial position
