We are looking for a
Quality Assurance Manager
to support our Quality team in ensuring product quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with international standards such as
ISO9001, ISO13485, and AS9100D
.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Operations Support

  • Assist in daily QA activities including quality checks, inspections, and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing records and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Help monitor product and process quality through data entry, tracking, and basic analysis.
  • Support in handling customer complaints, CAPA documentation, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in Supplier Quality activities such as incoming material inspection and report preparation.

Quality Systems & Documentation

  • Maintain and update quality records, reports, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Ensure documentation complies with ISO and other regulatory standards.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and simple root-cause analysis tasks.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, calibration, suppliers) to support quality-related tasks.
  • Participate in training and skill-building programs to enhance quality awareness and competencies.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years
    of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001/ ISO13485 / AS9100D) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to technical processes.
