Key Responsibilities.

1.     Lead Company QMS certification and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit

2.     Maintain compliance with all QMS ISO standard and procedures

3.     Support the effective implementation of quality policies and associated procedures

4.     Manage the quality management documentation based on the requirements of QMS and localize parent company procedures

5.     As Management Representative to liaise with certification or regulatory bodies on external audit or product registration respectively.

6.     Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g, results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement

7.     Define, develop and implement new methods and practices to improve product quality

8.     Ensure company in compliance with OSHA Act 1994

9.     To plan and disseminate continuous improvement on safety program from time to time

10.  Participate in risk management and process validation activities where required.

11.  Ad-hoc task assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in QMS/EMS, CAPA, or MRB functions within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.

• Good documentation control and audit process knowledge.

• Knowledge of CAPA, MRB, and problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).

• Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Able to work independently and liaise with external parties (consultants, auditors).
