**Job Descriptions**
- Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
- Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant.
- 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
- Good common in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be advantage.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office.
