Kelayakan dan Pengalaman Bekerja:
a. At least Diploma in related field
b. Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the automotive service industry or related sectors
c. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools for administrative tasks. d. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively. e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
f. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts for tinting and detailing services in accordance with customer requirements.
2. Customer Interaction: Respond to whatsapp/phone calls, handle customer inquiries over Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Website and any other E-Commerce platforms.
3. Booking Processing: Manage sales booking, ensure accuracy in booking/service details, pricing, and terms, and coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery.
4. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer inquiries, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.
5. Collaboration with Sales Team: Handle customer complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, roadshow enquiries, pricing enquiries.
6. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional activities and campaigns.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
