**NEW POSITION**

1. **Quality Management System (QMS) Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for construction projects.
- Establish quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Monitor adherence to the QMS and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

2. **Inspection and Testing**:

- Plan and conduct inspections and quality audits at various stages of construction.
- Coordinate material testing and analysis to verify compliance with specifications.
- Review inspection reports and take corrective actions as necessary.

3. **Document Control**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.

4. **Quality Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct training programs to enhance quality awareness among project teams and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to personnel on quality-related matters.

5. **Supplier and Subcontractor Management**:

- Evaluate and qualify suppliers and subcontractors based on quality criteria.
- Establish quality requirements for purchased materials and services.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

6. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors as required.

7. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance construction processes and deliverables.
