**Job Scope**
Handling general enquiry such as billing or roaming services inquiry from customer.
Assist in resolve customer issue regarding Digi services
Upselling or cross-selling or promoting Digi product and services when customer enquiry about the promotion and services
Salary package include
**Basic Salary**

- Up to RM500 (Based on Shift)**
**OT claim**

- up to 1250 (Based on KPI achieved)**

**Staff Benefit Line**
Working Hour:
5 working days per week (2 days off and rotational shift)
9 hours per day (7am - 3am)
1) Morning shift 9am - 6pm
2) Afternoon shift 1pm to 10pm
3) Midnight shift 5pm to 3am
**Requirement**
SPM/Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
Require to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia due to business needs
For you to be able to join the online interview, you will require to complete and pass 3 assessments (MCQ, Typing Speed & Written Assessment)
