Maintaining product listing, updating of pricing and stock
- Work with other departments to execute campaigns and promotions across all e-commerce sites
- Assist in planning and executing all e-commerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and to maintain an above average store rating at all times
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- To assist the management on the measurement of marketing and customer-related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
- Process daily orders from website and online platforms

**; Requirements**: - Minimum Diploma/Advances/Graduate Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience working with WooCommerce, Shopee and Lazada is highly preferred
- Experience in E-Commerce or related field.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and objective
- Self-motivated, willing, and energetic individual with the ability to work within team
- Basic design knowledge
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
