**Human Resources**
- Manage full recruitment cycle including posting jobs, screening applicants and coordinating interview for executive level and below.
- Maintain updated job descriptions for all positions.
- Process employee exits, conduct exit interviews, and ensure all clearance procedures are followed.
- Organize and conduct orientation for new hires of executive level and below.
- Draft and format official letters for various company matters (e.g., government submissions, internal and external communication).
- Ensure that all official letters comply with the company’s formatting standards and legal requirements.
- Handling disciplinary issues and ensuring that legal guidelines are followed.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding queries, benefits, and concerns.
- Manage employee payroll and leave tracking system.
- Ensure the company complies with labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Maintain contracts, turnover, headcount and employee records.
- Keep an organized filing system (physical and digital) for all LOAs and official letters, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

**Administrative**:

- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and handle any repairs or maintenance requests.
- Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth handling of inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup of required equipment.
- Support employee engagement activities such as team-building events, company dinner, and other welfare programs.
- Track the expiration dates of all the company licenses under Human Resources and Administration Department to ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain communication with government agencies or regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any issues related to license renewals.
- Manage and process the renewal of work permits, visas, and other related immigration documents for foreign workers.
- Ensure all renewals of work permits for foreign workers are done promptly to avoid penalties/delays.
- Ensure to submit reports to JTK for both hiring and termination of workers especially foreign workers.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma holders with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
