**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
- Interact with customers and ambassadors (Driver) to solve issues and assign task.
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers and ambassadors (Driver) at all times.
- Key in daily booking data into excel sheets.
- Listen to customer complaints and try to identify the cause of their problem to your best ability
- Identify the appropriate response and strategise to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
- Delegate unique customer cases to supervisors or the appropriate department and provide context when necessary

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant contact center (BPO) experience is preferred
- Minimum 1 year Experience in customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to multi-task and manage your workload
- Analytical and questioning mindset is an advantage
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Work well under pressure with good time management skill
- Discernment and the ability to assess a situation objectively
- Attention to detail with excellent numeracy and literacy
- Willing to work in shift rotations
- Required to have own transportation arrangement

**Remuneration**

RM 2,500 - RM 3,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
