**Position Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trade execution and operation support
- Responsible for execution and monitoring of equity trades - ensure all trades are properly and accurately executed and timely
- Responsible for cash flow projection and ensure sufficient funds for trade settlement, fees payment and creation and cancellation payment for all the funds
- Assist and support investment management team in producing client servicing investment related collaterals on regular and ad-hoc basis

**Required Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge and understanding of equities, equity related securities, derivatives, fixed income securities, money market and FX
- Have problem solving skills to handle complex problems and to provide effective recommendations
- Good understanding of the process and procedures of portfolio management, middle office and back office in asset management industry
- Strong communications skill to deal with various internal and external parties
