**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment**
- Represent the company at career fairs, seminars, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Liaise with universities and colleges for internship placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring departments to understand their recruitment needs and align hiring strategies with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.
**Training and Development**
- Prepare the annual training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with staff development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive training master plan and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and skillsets.
- Manage the collection and analysis of training evaluation feedback to improve future programs.
- Communicate new operational processes and knowledge to employees to ensure up-to-date learning.
- Input employee training histories into the staff portal to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with external trainers for relevant training programs.
**Engagement Activities**
- Conduct research and analysis to identify employee needs, interests, and concerns.
- Organize employee engagement activities and gather insights through informal interviews and feedback.
- Compile data and suggestions from employees to improve work processes and the work environment.
- Ensure that engagement activities align with company goals, enhance employee motivation, and improve retention and sense of belonging.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources Department.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia from time to time.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays (with paid overtime) when necessary.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
