J268-Retail Operations Executive

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

RM3,000 - RM3,500 Per Month

**Requirements**:

- **A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality** or experience managing **retail attractions** is a plus.
- **Able to speak in English and Mandarin.**:

- **Proven ability to collaborate effectively** with a team while owning specific areas of responsibility.
- **Experience in organizing and executing team-building** or corporate events is an advantage.
- **Willingness to work hands-on** and adapt to a **playful, energetic environment** (even a paint blast facility).
- **Tech-savvy**, with the ability to **manage equipment, troubleshoot software, and quickly pick up new systems**.
- **Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills**, with the ability to manage interactions with customers and staff professionally.
- **Confident in managing large groups**, including families and children, in an engaging and safe manner.
- **Strong sense of urgency** and demonstrated ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**
- **Maintain a guest-centric culture** that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- **Assist the Operations Manager** in overseeing service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
- **Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and visually appealing** at all times.
- **Handle cashier duties** in adherence to **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, including accurate **cash handling, payment processing, and reconciliation**.
- **Manage inventory levels** and coordinate **timely supply orders** with the **Logistics team**.
- **Assist the Operations Manager** in **planning, organizing, and executing team-building activities**, ensuring **engaging customer experiences**.
- **Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills** to address challenges effectively.
- **Complete comprehensive cross-training** across all roles to **support the operations team** when required.
- **Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams** to **execute promotions, seasonal events, and holiday campaigns** to **attract customers**.
