Min 5 years proven working experience as a procurement specialist/ executive and experience in construction material. 3. Must able to speak English, Malay and Chinese 4. Talent in negotiations and networking. 5. Excel in working with numbers. 6. Ensured stock inventory levels were maintained to adequately meet operation needs. 7. Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested 8. Monitored and coordinated delivery of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time 9. Collaborated with financial team members on contracts, invoicing and other financial matters 10. Communicated and coordinated with accounting department on suppliers payment matters. 11. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices 12. Prepare cost analyses 13. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts 14. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders 15. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
