As the **People Manager**, you will be responsible for driving the People operations for our subsidiary. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement people strategies that enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management, ensuring we maintain a high-performing and inclusive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end People operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, and benefits.
- Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment of People strategies with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, from talent acquisition strategies to employment activities and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead organizational development efforts, driving change management and continuous improvement.
- Manage all personnel files and payroll activities.
- Manage all discipline and exit activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global People teams to implement People policies and practices.
- Analyse and track People metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in People Management and 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization.
- Strong understanding of People practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
- Experience in leading People operations in a global or regional capacity is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Fluent in English and Romanian; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Pay: RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
