- Responsible for the team to support production adhering to SLA, no room for recurring defects and attend to service request within SLA.
- People management to a team with development and production support, leverage with team skillset, knowledge and experiences. Proactively to align, prioritize and level requests and resources in peak period.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Works with Application Project Managers, both internal and external, to ensure that software development projects are planned and executed appropriately, on-time, and within budget.
- Selects and manages outside service providers, with the Head of Information Technology.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
- Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT), Business or Finance related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in insurance industry.
- IT Management and Development background experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of General Insurance and Re-Insurance business model is added advantage

Other requirements:

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills to build roadmaps towards Service delivery optimization.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive and resourceful in carrying out activities to achieve objectives.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
