Dispatcher/logistics Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform timely delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other company items between departments, branches, vendors, and external parties.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams to support operational needs.
- Ensure all items are properly recorded and acknowledged upon delivery or receipt.
- Maintain clear and accurate delivery logs and reports.
- Support with outstation deliveries or collections when necessary.
- Handle basic office errands and provide additional administrative support as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle and/or car driving license (B2 / D).
- **Familiar with Klang Valley routes and traffic conditions.**:

- **Willing to travel outstation as and when required.**:

- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle documents and company items with care and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
