**Responsibilities**:

- Create and prepare exceptional food items according to guest orders, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards—specializing in Dim Sum and Duck dishes.
- Take ownership of kitchen supplies, food cost management, and energy consumption, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support a smooth handover between shifts, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Prepare and garnish food orders promptly, ensuring each plate is presented to perfection.
- Collaborate with the head of departments to assist with other tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as Chef de Partie, or 2-3 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis-Chinese in a hotel or reputable Chinese restaurant with high standards.
- Expertise in Dim Sum creation and Duck cuisines, with a passion for crafting authentic, flavorful dishes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Starting at RM6,500.00 per month
