Job Description
**About the job**
To support and lead AirAsia SuperApp company wide HR Center of Excellence functions and activities including supporting, strategic planning, developing HR strategies, policies and systems to ensure that these are provided in an effective and efficient manner to support the strategic aims and HR operational activities of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Senior Manager to support and lead HR COE activities in talent acquisition, learning and development and talent analytics, succession planning management, employee engagement, employee benefits, employee long term retention program, rewards and recognition
- Develop the critical COE programs using best practices and ensure all activities are executed according to the time frame.
- Support in training needs analysis and ensuring all talents identified undergo relevant training and keeping record of the progress with strategic reporting to stakeholders.
- Working closely with Group HR team in the alignment on HR current practices
- Facilitates development of the function's integrated People Plan and ensures alignment with the strategic plans of the organization. Advises leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results
- Develop the relevant change management plans to ensure that change is successfully adopted throughout the organization in partnership with the business stakeholders in developing the relevant HR strategies and plans to align with the business objectives.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners in reviewing any HR related matters proposal in a timely manner.
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services
- Conduct consistent review on HR process, advise on best practices and report management
- Streamlining company wide initiatives and harmonization of any differentiation in HR matters to strategically align with company people's goals
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate.
- Facilitate total company communication and buy-in of selected People Department's policies, processes and initiatives
- Conduct mini on-boarding briefing to new joiner, assist in managing HR operational matters, audit activities
- Participate in department's dialogues to gain a better understanding of the department's issues and initiatives
- Data management including ensuring employees' data are being kept updated and accurate at all time
**Who are we looking for**:

- A Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of between 4 years to 7 years of experience in HR Center of Excellence or HR generalist
- Having solid hands-on experience on Workday management including transaction would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the intellectual ability to assess complex issues, and make recommendations for action
- Proven strategic planning, project management and organizational reporting skills and the ability to coordinate the work of teams and individuals ensuring the quality and timeliness of output
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and to solve problems. The post-holder must be able to deal with consistent demands and prioritize work whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is provided and that deadlines are met.
- Agility and flexible to adapt to face pace change
- Familiar with Google suites
