Accounts Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handle full set accounts.
- Handle all book-keeping activities e.g. receipts and payments.
- Maintenance of general ledger.
- Performing daily accounting functions such as payments, reconciliation, collections and bank-ins in addition to monitoring of invoices.
- Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks as per timeline set.
- Key-in collection and matching with Invoice in accounting system daily.
- Prepare aging reports, send the statement of account and follow up/ update payment status.
- Preparation of management reports e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, budgets.
- Assist management in ensuring all accounts are current and updated.
- Work closely with group finance and comply with all group finance policies.
- Work closely with Managers & staff in all operational matters relating to finance, especially in timely collection of fees e.g. be responsible of analysis of receivables.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting field.
- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately.
- Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- High motivated, self-disciplined and responsible.
- Possess sound financial, accounting and system knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team player and under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
