**Full job description**
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assisting with employee documentation and record-keeping, such as updating employee files and maintaining HR databases.
- Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as drafting HR policies and procedures, preparing HR-related correspondence, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, or recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Assisting with training and development activities, such as coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Supporting HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
- Providing general support to the HR team as needed, including participating in meetings, contributing to projects, and handling ad hoc requests.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant field;
Have a valid Internship Verification Letter from the University;
Computer literate, writing & communication skills
