**About the role**
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team at Primiertel Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing key HR support to our growing organisation.
**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR data is up-to-date
- Coordinating HR-related events, training, and activities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
