Protégé – Human Resource & Administration (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)
Objective of the Role
The Protégé – Human Resource & Administration will support the Human Capital & Administration operations in Sabah, contributing to key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and HR administration. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about human resources as well administration and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Prepare HR-related documents including reports, letters, and memos.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR-related needs.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
- Contract Duration: 8 months
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good academic standing.
- Active involvement in university or community activities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
