Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to manage HR operations and assist the General Manager in daily administrative and coordination tasks. The role includes handling recruitment, payroll, employee records, and HR documentations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and staff welfare.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Support and coordinate training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters.
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
