**1. Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns or service requests.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, services, and costs.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**2. Service Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage service appointments to optimize workshop efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Update customers on service status and notify them of any delays or additional work needed.

**3. Estimates and Invoicing**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates, including parts, labor, and additional costs.
- Review and explain invoices to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.

**4. Vehicle Inspection and Recommendations**:

- Conduct preliminary inspections to identify visible issues or confirm customer concerns.
- Recommend necessary maintenance or repairs based on vehicle history and inspection results.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Follow up after services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.

**6. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

**7. Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote additional services or maintenance packages based on customer needs.
- Inform customers of special offers, warranties, and service plans.

**8. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with technicians to relay accurate repair information and prioritize work.
- Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of required components.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
