We primarily support customers using Unit4 Prosoft HRMS and provide expert guidance on HR-related issues such as payroll, leave management, employee claims, and time and attendance.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Custom Support Agent to join our team and assist customers with their HR-related inquiries and Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software support. This role is crucial in helping our clients manage their HR processes efficiently by providing knowledgeable and timely support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting on Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software.
- Assist customers with HR-related queries, including payroll (Singapore and Malaysia), leave management, employee claims, and time and attendance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing solutions.
- Ensure customer queries are resolved within established response and resolution times.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Must Have**:

- Strong understanding of HR policies and principles, especially related to payroll (Singapore and Malaysia), leave management, employee claims, and time and attendance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and provide structured solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Added Bonus**:

- Experience with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS.
- Prior experience in a customer support role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and technical support processes. Personal Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately. Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to Oligo senior management.
