**Responsibilities**:
- Compiling and distribute monthly sales report to related salesperson
- Facilitate the preparation of presentations, proposal documents
- Organize and arrange sales meetings & conference
- Coordinate between sales and others related department
- Supporting sales department with other administrative tasks, for example filling, ordering sales’ supplies, equipment servicing etc.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned or required from supervisor
**Requirement**:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good in Excel to combine and consolidate files
- Good communication and writings in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Organized, independent, strong in time management & problem solving.
- Must be reliable, have good attitude and high self-initiative to work.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
