**Training**:First 2 Weeks

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
**Contract**:3 Month Probation + 9 Month Renewal

**Job Scope**:

- Follow up with leads provided by the acquisition team
- Guide sellers through the full registration (account setup, contract signing)
- Hand over onboarded sellers to the backend team after the incubation period
- Conduct regular check-ins with sellers to ensure satisfaction and reduce dropouts
- Travel to meet sellers onsite as needed
- Proactively source new leads and potential sellers beyond what’s assigned

**Requirements**:

- Able to travel (incl. Klang Valley & Selangor) with own transport
- Good in both Bahasa Malaysia & English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Able to pitch effectively and close deals
- Basic Excel/data entry skills
- Diploma/Degree holder (any field)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Basic**: Rm2,500
- **Travel Allowance**: Rm500
- **Milestone Bonus**: Rm450-Rm8,000

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
