Sales Manager

**Job Purpose**:You should have years of experience in sales and will work closely together with our pre-sales to pitch cloud & datacenter solutions to enterprises and SME customers. The key points of your job purposes are as:
- Understanding customers' business needs and requirement and providing solutions
- Generate own customer base and capable of establishing and maintaining relationship with customers even after post sales
- Working closely with internal team, ensuring right solutions are being proposed
- Working closely with technology partners and reseller partners to expand sales channels
- Capable of meeting sales targets and KPIs to receive attractive commission payouts
- Sharing ideas to improve company's offering so we can help more customers
- Support and help junior sales executive to close leads and opportunities
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to self manage especially on handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Able to run outdoor sales. Travelling, online meetings and cold calls are expected.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to use Microsoft Words and Excel well
- Basic knowledge in IT
- Good sales or business development skill and business acumen.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT solutions/Cloud/Datacenter or similar Hi-tech environment.
- Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
