Assisting customers with resolving problems, complaints, or conflicts they may have.
- Establishing rapport with customers and creating a positive customer experience. Listening actively to customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and offering personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsibilities such as following up with customers according to their request and reporting the estimate delivery dates to them.
- Order processing and Production Sheet issuing. Ensure details in all order are clear and correct before proceed.
- Handle for cash sales order. Ensure cash sales order must be followed procedure strictly.
- Make good communication in order for delivery in between production, customer service & in branches. Ensure process of communication was effective to all.
- Responsible on goods delivery arrangement which produced by branches. Monitor the delivery as schedules by customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
