About the Role

This role is responsible to assist in various General Insurance projects & governance functions particularly for Technology & DPP operations. This would also contribute to other governance aspects, in support of the business objectives of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Involve in the governance function of the company on other key outsourced functions.- Work with stakeholders from the key outsourced functions to support the outsourcing governance requirements including generation of documentations & regular reports, identifying internal control gaps and initiate remediation plans.- Arrange and coordinate regular governance meetings by managing the meeting materials, logistics and follow-up on the action items post meeting.- Assist in delivering business & regulatory-related projects on time, within agreed scope and meets the quality standard.- Report key project metrics with regular status reports.- Manage the UAT (user acceptance test) process for implementation of new products / initiatives and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues arising.- Track, monitor and assist in closure of operations & technology incident tickets.- Handle 1st level support for the digital sales platforms.- Carry out reporting on insights obtained from statistical analysis for formulation of business strategies.- Assist in marketing initiatives by cooperating closely with the relevant teams to plan, strategize, and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and handling tracking of the campaigns results.- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Project / IT / Computer studies / Financial Management or Actuarial Science- At least 1 year working experience in General Insurance or Project / Product Development role- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Positive attitude and good problem-solver- Innovative, with a strong willingness to learn- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
