**Qualification & Education Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Store Manager, or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

**Preferred Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Basic financial acumen and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Inventory management skills.
- Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff members.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Promote and upsell menu items.
- Monitor daily sales and control expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Ensure all staff are trained in food safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Perform any tasks as assigned by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
