1. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.

3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.

5. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers.

6. Collaborate with sales engineers and technical support staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.

7. Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies in the industry to provide expert advice to customers.

8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

10. Attend industry trade shows and events to network and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements for this position typically include a Diploma/bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and previous experience in sales or customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies. Working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.
