Operation Manager

The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare centre to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff performance, coordinating clinical and non-clinical departments, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational strategies to support the organization’s goals.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Nursing or Healthcare or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related leadership role
- Proven track record in managing healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision
- Experience in managerial positions with supervising skills
- Strong background in business operations, planning, and budgeting
- Willing to work in JOHOR BAHRU
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Ability to set departmental goals, monitor budgets and costs,
analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Establish, review, and implement policies and procedures in line
with company requirements and regulatory standards
- Oversee daily activities, staffing, projects, facilities, and equipment
to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective service delivery
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (e.g., Bomba, OSH Act,
Machineries Act), manage inspections, license renewals, and
maintain safety standards
- Monitor service quality, handle complaints, manage
vendors/contractors, and ensure customer satisfaction through
continuous improvement
- Familiarity with patient care processes, clinical support services,
and healthcare technology systems
