- Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
Quality Control:

- Work closely with grooming and boarding staff to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage budgets for each operational department.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of products and services.
Customer Service and Cat Cafe Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service in all aspects of the business.
- Oversee the cat cafe, ensuring a positive experience for visitors.
Manufacturing Oversight:
- Manage the manufacturing process of cat foods, ensuring quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to introduce new and innovative products.
Retail Operations:
- Supervise retail operations, including merchandising, sales, and customer interactions.
- Implement strategies to enhance the retail experience for customers.
Compliance and Government Relations:
- Ensure strict compliance with local and government regulations related to cat care, food production, and retail.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to address regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
- Identify and proactively mitigate operational risks.
- Implement strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of each operational area.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational achievements and challenges.
Adaptability:
- Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by other department heads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, accounting, human resource, F&B or a related field.
- 3 to 5 experience in operations management preferably in the pet industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Human resources experience, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of cat care, grooming, and related products.
- Experience in dealing with local and government authorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Has a own transport
Additional Requirements:
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM12,641.44 per month
