As an Operation Manager, you will play an important role in the production operations and engineering planning including staff recruitment and deployment.

**Area of Responsibility**
You will play an important role in:
- Plan effective layout and space management for optimum operations flow.
- Manage physical units and repair materials inventory receiving from store.
- Implement strategic plans to improve the resources of the production line.
- Manage the material matching and request process to the relevant department
- Ensure all workstations are equipped with the right machinery and equipment
- Manage improvement on operational excellence to meet all KPIs
- To document the procedure and instruction for the production department.
- To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers visit and audit.
- Oversee production operation members training plan and work rotation.
- Perform and conduct periodic and annual performance review.
- Monitor and manage other resources needed for the Production Operations
- Manage improvement on operational efficiencies and 5S housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance to company certified system and audit requirements.

We are looking for someone with:
- 2+ year(s) of practical experience in operation management
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a plant
- Experience in oversea engineering or production department is preferred

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Operation Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Electronic Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
