**In this position, you'll are required to**:
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
**To excel in this role, you'll require**:
- Able to converse fluently using **Korean** and **English**:
- **Possess at least TOPIK4 or above/ Graduate University in Korea**:
- Education**:SPM**, **UEC, O-level or; and above**:
- Working Hours:**Rotational Shift - 5 days working**:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
