Monitor and coordinates day-to-day various site activities are executed and completed within the timeframe given.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and quality controls are complied with the procedure.
- Keep accurate records of materials and labour costs incurred in the construction process
- Record all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct routine quality inspection on workers and sub-contractors, assist in resolving all technical and site issues.
- Report daily project progress and site issues to Project Manager.
- Arrange worker’s daily schedule.
- Hold meeting with site workers and subcontractors on behalf of Project Manager and highlight to Project Manager when matter arise.
- Maintain close communication with contractors to plan and derive accurate delivery scheduling.
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site until completely handed over.
- Assist Project Manager in Project Management and other relevant tasks as required.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
