**Responsibilities**
- Ensure excellent customer experience for new car buyers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and create action plans to improve results.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to solve customer issues.
- Develop customer loyalty and retention programs (service reminders, follow-ups, etc.).
- Review customer feedback and prepare regular reports for management.
- Make sure company and manufacturer service standards are followed.
- Support marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in customer service (preferably in automotive).
- Strong interest in learning about **Electric Vehicles (EV)** or experience in promoting EV cars is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused, professional, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
