Klinik Bukit Serdang is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Managed by Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM 20240100827), the clinic provides a range of medical services, including general healthcare, occupational health services, and women's health services. And now We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Address patient concerns and provide resolutions with empathy and professionalism.
- Process billing transactions, insurance claims, and payments with accuracy and

adherence to clinic policies.
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with medical and administrative teams to optimize clinic

operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with clinic guidelines, healthcare regulations, and patient

confidentiality standards.

**Requirements**:
Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience at least 1-3 years in customer service, particularly in a healthcare or

clinical environment, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
