**Job Overview**
- **Position**: Customer Service Agent (Social Media)
- **Location**: Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya
- **Access to Public Transport**: Asia Jaya LRT station
- **Channels**: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

**Working Hours & Days**
- **Monday to Sunday**: 5 days work, 2 rotational off days
- **Weekdays & Weekends**: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

**Allowance & Benefits**
- **Quarterly KPI Allowance**: Up to RM 1,800
- **Language Allowance**: RM 500 (for Mandarin speakers)
- **Overtime**: Eligible based on business needs

Role Summary
- **Prior experience** in social media customer support.
- **Engaging writing skills** - make every response sound human, helpful and on-brand.
- **Tech-savvy & adaptable** - navigating multiple platforms is second nature to you.
- **Self-starter mindset** - take initiative and always looks for ways to improve the Customer Experience.
- **Details-oriented** - attention to detail on typos, grammar mistakes, and unclear messaging
- **Be the first point of contact** - respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook,Instragram and Tik Tok.
- **Keep it Ryt** - deliver clear, friendly, and typo-free communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is plus).
- **Solve with confidence**-understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
- **Collaborate & align**-work closely with the Social Media and Brand team to ensure brand messaging stays on point.
- **Stay sharp**-track common inquiries, document insights, and help us continuously improve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
