**Digital Banking Customer Service Agents (Immediate Hiring)**

Join our team and become a vital part of our digital banking customer service We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist our customers with their banking needs.

**Nature: Banking Call Center**

Position: Customer Service Executive

Full-Time position: 12 Months Contract

Working Location: CP Tower, Petaling Jaya

Basic Salary: RM 2,400- RM3,000 ( Monthly)

Language Allowance: RM 500 (mandarin speaker only)

Shift Allowance: up to RM 300

KPI Allowance: depending on performance up to RM 600

Training 3 weeks provided

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )

Working Hours: (7.00 am - 4.00 pm, 9.00am - 6.00pm, 02.00 pm - 11.00pm, 10.30pm - 7.30am)

**Job Description**:
2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to digital banking products and services.

3. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer need

4. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

5. To meet the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monthly.

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

7. Demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.

8. Assisting customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking related inquiries.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
